Shipping Policy
We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 3-5 business days.
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority): 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping (FedEx Overnight): 1-2 business days.
Packaging
All items are shipped in discreet, secure packaging to protect the integrity of the compounds during transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for weeks, so standard transit times do not affect product efficacy.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we generally do not accept returns. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its chain of custody, storage conditions, or purity, and therefore cannot restock it.
We will, however, issue a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:
- Damaged in Transit: If your vials arrive broken or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong product, do not break the seal. Contact us immediately for a replacement.
- Lost Package: If tracking shows your package is lost (no movement for 7+ days), we will reship your order at no cost. (Note: We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but claimed not received).
Missing or Incomplete Orders
Every order is double-checked and photographed before sealing. If you believe an item is missing from your package, please contact our support team immediately. We will review our packing records and resolve the issue within 24 hours.
